Tate Felton

Tate Felton

Financial Advisor

Having been in the industry for multiple years and being personally coached by a team with nearly 100 years of experience combined, I take pride in having the experience needed to help walk my clients through all stages of life.

Being fully investment licensed, I make it a priority to put my clients' needs first. The client first approach we use has allowed me to have a very fruitful career that has led to winning multiple awards, including Most Improved Associate in 2021, New Associate of the Year in 2022, and winning my first Leader's Club award in 2023.

I am a graduate of Iowa State University. My wife Bailey and I reside in Indianola, Iowa with our son, Baker. We also have our 3 dogs, Callie, Cooper and Charlie to keep us busy. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, being active, playing basketball, volunteering at our church, and watching a good Netflix series.

Lucas Hemphill

Servicing Assistant

I was born and raised in Corydon, Iowa where I graduated from Wayne High School in 2018. I went on to attend Simpson College where I graduated with a major in Business Management with minors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. During my time at Simpson I kept busy as a 4 years varsity golf letter winner, golf team captain, and president of CEO club. In my free time I enjoy golfing, running, riding ATV's and jet skis, going to movies, and hanging out with friends. I’m currently the Servicing Assistant for Tate Felton and Dick Darrah in Corydon and have really enjoyed the experience so far. I’m grateful for this opportunity and look forward to what the future has in store.

Brenda Thomas

Client Relationship Specialist

I was born and raised in Mystic and Centerville, Iowa, where small-town values shaped the foundation of who I am. After spending over 30 years in Lincoln, Nebraska working in Life Insurance and 529 College Savings Plans, I recently returned to Corydon with my husband, Trevor. We felt this was the best decision to be closer to family and for me to reconnect with my roots.

Beyond my professional background, I'm passionate about photography and the art of restoring family photographs- preserving memories of loved ones. I also enjoy exploring genealogy, uncovering the threads that connect generations and deepen our sense of belonging. Supporting cherished traditions like Old Settlers keeps me grounded in community and celebration.
